In the project adventure, the process continues with the preliminary project, licence projects and application projects respectively and ends with the preparation of tender files.
The implementation process of the project starts after the tender process is completed. As B&A, we can carry out active field operations as a contractor who undertakes the entire work, or project management staff who carry out the work on behalf of the investor on a turnkey basis, or as a consultant company if the investor finds a contractor company, or as a consultant in certain branches only until the end of the work. The Ministry of Health pre-permit process, municipal licence process, coordination of fire brigade and other disciplines, joint technical supervision and activity supervision, the project is transferred to the operation and the investment is closed.
